Rochemont was a full renovation of the ground floor, with Built refurbishing and refinishing the space throughout to bring it up to a high residential standard.
The works covered internal refurbishment and finishes throughout the ground floor, and included taking down two supporting walls, one internal wall and the external wall opened up to fit the large bifold doors.
